What we collect
When you request a delivery or contact us, we process the information you provide:
- Your name, email address and telephone number
- Collection and destination addresses and countries
- Vehicle details, including make, model and registration if provided
- Your preferred collection date, additional information and messages
For security, our servers briefly process technical data such as your IP address, for example to prevent misuse of our forms.
Why we use it
- To review your request, prepare a proposal and arrange the delivery (steps prior to, and performance of, a contract).
- To answer your questions (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations, such as administrative and tax requirements.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed for your delivery — for example with the driver carrying out the journey — and with providers who host our website and systems on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a delivery are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact. Records of completed deliveries are kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and does not load third-party content that sets cookies. Your choice of light or dark mode is stored only in your own browser. Fonts and images are served from our own website.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for data portability. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, validation of form submissions and restricted access to our systems.
